Click & Collect - Buy bikes online & pick up instore
Selected bike models are available for online purchase and in-store collection. This means you can ensure the exact size, model and colour you want will be waiting and ready to ride out of your local Bicycle Centre store. Simply select your preferred store in the Shipping Options section of checkout. You will receive a call from the store confirming your order and advising when your bike can be picked up.
Shipping
Bike Orders (Click & Collect Only)
Bike click & collect shipping is FREE to your local Bicycle Centre store. Bikes cannot be shipped directly to customers. Any bike order placed without a nominated collection location will be held, and we will contact you to arrange the best collection store.
Order processing times
Orders are processed and dispatched Monday–Friday.
Public Holidays
Orders placed on a public holiday will be dispatched the following business day.
Delivery timeframes
Bike orders: Approximately 10 business days until collection from your selected store.
Depending on workshop scheduling, there may be times where it takes a little longer for your new bike to be built and ready for pickup. The store will contact you once your bike is ready.
FAQS
If a product needs to be placed on back order to fulfil your request or is delayed beyond our control, we will notify you by email, phone or SMS. If this occurs, you will have the option to request a refund for the affected items.
We endeavour with our courier partners to meet these times but may not always be able to for reasons outside our control.
What happens with non-delivery or lost parcels?
