For Click & Collect Orders


✅ Change of Mind Returns

Returning bikes, parts, or accessories that aren’t quite right

You can return any item within 30 days of purchase if it’s unused, unassembled (for bikes), and in original condition with all packaging and accessories.

  • Bikes must not be ridden or built

  • Parts and accessories must be unopened and undamaged

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Delivery fees are not refunded

This type of return is not required under Australian Consumer Law, but we offer it to make your shopping experience more flexible.


🛠 Faulty or Damaged Items

Covered under Australian Consumer Law

If your item is faulty, damaged, or doesn’t match the product description, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

  • Applies to all products, including bikes and accessories

  • You don’t need original packaging for faulty returns

  • We’ll cover reasonable return shipping costs, especially for large or bulky items

Online or in-store—your choice

  • Visit the Bicycle Centre store where you collected your order

  • Or contact our online support team with your proof of purchase

  • We’ll guide you through the return process and help with shipping if needed


💳 Refunds

Getting your money back

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

  • Card payments go back to the same card

  • Gift card payments are reissued to your email

  • Store credit is only offered if you request it
