For Click & Collect Orders

🛍️ How Click & Collect Works

When you shop online at Bicycle Centre, you can choose to collect your order from your preferred store.

• Select Click & Collect at checkout

• Choose your nearest Bicycle Centre location

• Your selected Bicycle Centre store will contact you when your order is ready

• Bring your order confirmation, photo ID, and the card used for payment when collecting

⏱️ Collection Timeframes

• Bikes will require assembly and/or safety checks, which can take additional time

• If your item is delayed or transferred from another location, we’ll contact you with an updated timeframe

• Orders should be collected within 7 business days of notification

📦 What’s Included

Click & Collect is available for:

• Bikes

• Parts and accessories

• Apparel and safety gear

Some bulky or special-order items may not be eligible. Availability will be shown at checkout.

🚫 Delivery & Shipping

The Click & Collect website does not offer home delivery.

• All orders must be picked up in-store

• If you need delivery, please contact your local Bicycle Centre store directly to discuss options

• We do not ship to PO boxes or international addresses

🛠️ Assembly & Setup

For bike orders, our team will:

• Assemble and safety-check your bike before pickup

• Customise sizing or accessories if requested

• Provide basic setup advice when you collect
